Check-in details – Check-in for all flights will be in the original Liverpool Airport Terminal Building now converted into the Liverpool Marriott Hotel South. Passengers will be taken from the Marriott Hotel to the General Aviation Centre at the current Liverpool John Lennon Airport in vintage buses including a unique and newly restored “Airporter” bus that originally transported passengers from Liverpool City Centre to the Airport in the 1950s and 1960s. The Marriott Hotel is approximately one and a half miles from the current terminal. Soon after their flights passengers will be returned to the Marriott Hotel by the same buses.

To cover any security/identification questions please bring appropriate photo identification for each passenger, preferably a Passport or Driving Licence with a current photograph.

N.B. There will be no access to the General Aviation Centre for the general public or individual passengers. Only the special buses will be able to access the site through the security check.

In view of the time required for the transfer from the Marriott to the General Aviation Centre all passengers must check-in at least ONE HOUR before their booked flight departure time. Please allow plenty of time to reach the Marriott Hotel and park your car prior to check-in.

Please note that each passenger will be able to take up to two friends on the special bus linking the Marriott with the General Aviation Apron (GA) to share the excitement of the aircraft and flight experience. The bus will depart from outside the front entrance of the hotel.

Passengers and guests will be issued with special tickets on check-in to provide access to the bus for the GA. This special bus transfer will only be available to ticket holders.

Passengers and guests will be expected to return by the bus to the Marriott as soon as practicable after their flights and as directed by the FoLA/Keenair/Classic Flight representatives.

Car Parking - on Saturday, please use the normal, free, Marriott Car Park at the front of the Hotel adjacent to the Main/Reception entrance unless directed otherwise.
